Positioned at the intersection of technology and language we’ve been involved in many ‘firsts’.
2019: We developed a tool to identify trust in language across social media for a tech giant.
2020: We conceived ‘Echo’, a tool for measuring message penetration across social media. How far does a specific ‘idea’ travel and how distorted does it get the further it goes. Echo was used during the pandemic to identify government messages which connected with the public.
2021: We identified never seen before relationships between ad copy and the context in which it was served on performance.
2022: We created a prototype for Traits & States, to cognitively profile target audiences and finds where they are on social media platforms.
2023: We identified the language of misogyny to counter online violence against women and girls.
2024: We created our flagship product ‘Texture Generate’, which optimises language to improve performance across any touchpoint.
